Maysaa Almumin

Maysaa Almumin is an Associate Professor in the Art Foundation program at VCUarts Qatar. She previously held roles at Kuwait University's Department of Architecture and VCUarts Qatar's Interior Design department. Almumin is an architect and independent filmmaker, with a focus on spatial research and creative projects bridging architecture and art.

Education: Graduated from the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London. Professional affiliations include membership in the Architects Independent design collective and partnerships in architectural firms such as Small Architecture Ltd (London) and THEM Designers (Kuwait).
