Prof. Dr. Maximilian Todtenhaupt is a Professor of Public Finance at Leibniz University Hannover and an Adjunct Professor at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Mannheim (2018) and has held positions including Assistant Professor at NHH and LMU Munich. His research focuses on tax incentives for entrepreneurship, international tax competition, and taxation's impact on innovation and growth. He is affiliated with ZEW, CESifo, and the Norwegian Centre for Taxation (NoCeT).
