معرفی
Maximilian Schalenbach is a PostDoc researcher at the Institute of Energy Technologies (IET) within the Forschungszentrum Jülich. His research focuses on electrochemical fundamentals, ion transport modeling, and water electrolysis. He studied physics at the University of Cologne and received his PhD under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Detlef Stolten at the Institute of Energy and Climate Research (IEK-3) at Forschungszentrum Jülich, focusing on transport processes during water electrolysis. Later, he conducted postdoctoral research at the Max Planck Institute for Iron Research in Düsseldorf, studying corrosion and electrolysis with Prof. Dr. Karl Mayrhofer. After some industry experience in computer science, he returned to Forschungszentrum Jülich to continue his work on electrochemical fundamentals at the Institute of Energy Technologies (IET-1).
