Mauro Volpiano

Mauro Volpiano is an Associate Professor in the Department of Architecture and Design (DAD) at Politecnico di Torino, specializing in architectural history and heritage conservation. His academic career spans multiple research projects, publications, and teaching responsibilities focused on cultural heritage, landscape history, and architectural history.

His research interests include:

He is an active member of several professional organizations including ICOMOS - CIVVIH (since 2019), the International Center for Studies on the History of the City (since 2018), and the Italian Association of Urban History (since 2008).
