Mauro Sozio is a Professor of Computer Science at LUISS University in Rome, Italy. His research focuses on dynamic and streaming machine learning, massive data mining, and graph mining. His work is supported by a Google Faculty Research Award, an ANR JCJC grant (2015), and a Huawei grant. He actively supervises PhD students and has mentored numerous alumni in these fields.
Professional activities include serving as a Senior PC member for WWW 2018 and PC member for multiple conferences including TheWebConf, KDD, WSDM, and ICWSM across various years. His academic contributions span theoretical and applied research in computer science.
