Maurizio d'Amato

Maurizio d'Amato is an Associate Professor at the Department of DICATECh, Politecnico di Bari, specializing in real estate valuation. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Bari and has professional experience in real estate finance. His research focuses on valuation methodologies and property market analysis.

Honors include being named a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and receiving European Valuer certification. He founded the Real Estate Market Observatory at Politecnico di Bari.
