Maurizio Gullo

Dr. Maurizio Gullo is the leader of the 3D Bioprinting Group at the FHNW University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, within the School of Life Sciences and the Institute for Medical Engineering and Medical Informatics. His research focuses on developing biohybrid systems for organs-on-chips, personalized therapies, and medical implants. Key areas include 3D bioprinting of vascularized tissues, cell-based micro-robotics, and bioengineered neuromuscular junctions.
