معرفی
Maurice Millet is a Professor at the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Strasbourg, and serves as Deputy Director of the Institute of Chemistry and Processes for Energy, Environment and Health (ICPEES), a CNRS joint research unit (UMR 7515). He is actively involved in research, academic governance, and scientific policy at both institutional and national levels.
Research Interests: His work primarily focuses on the development of analytical methods for detecting semi-volatile organic pollutants in ambient and indoor air (70% of focus), and the application of biomonitoring techniques to assess air pollution exposure and impacts (30%). His expertise lies at the intersection of analytical chemistry and environmental health.
Publication and Research Trends: With 185 publications, his scholarly output centers on environmental analytical chemistry, particularly air quality and human exposure. His role as guest editor for special issues on Agricultural Pesticides in the Atmosphere and Biomonitoring as a tool for environmental pollution highlights his leadership in these niche yet critical areas. The research trends indicate a strong emphasis on methodological innovation and real-world environmental monitoring applications.
