Dr. Maureen Basha is a Teaching Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences at Loyola University New Orleans, where she also serves as Director of Public Health. Her expertise spans smooth muscle physiology, animal physiology, and reproductive biology, with extensive experience teaching physiology to health professional students and undergraduate biology majors/non-majors across diverse academic settings (liberal arts schools, nursing schools, medical schools, dental schools).
