Maura Ranieri

Professor Maura Ranieri serves as an Associate Professor of Labour Law at the University of Catanzaro Magna Graecia, affiliated with the Department of Law, Economics and Sociology (DiGES). Her research focuses on employment relationships, anti-discrimination law, organized crime’s impact on labour, and third-sector employment dynamics. She teaches courses such as Labour Law, Anti-Discrimination Law, and Employment Contracts.

Her research interests include the intersection of labour law with crime prevention, multicultural workplace policies, and the legal frameworks governing religious organizations. Notable publications explore topics like maternity protections, anti-mafia measures in employment, and the evolution of EU labour directives.
