Dr. Matthieu Cartigny is an Associate Professor (Research) in the Department of Geography at Durham University, with a secondary affiliation as an Independent Research Fellow in the Department of Earth Sciences. Dr. Cartigny's research focuses on the dynamics of geophysical flows, their associated morphologies, and the eventual deposits left in the rock record.
