Matthias Stuber

Matthias Stuber is a Full Professor at the University of Lausanne, a Visiting Professor at Johns Hopkins University, and an Invited Chair at Liryc in Bordeaux, France. He earned his PhD in electrical engineering from ETH Zurich in 1997 and has been Head of the CIBM MRI CHUV-UNIL Translational MR Imaging Section since 2009.

Research Interests

His research focuses on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) techniques development, including cardiovascular MRI, Free-Running 5D cardiac MRI, compressed sensing, self-gating, fetal cine MRI, coronary MRI, and molecular imaging. He has contributed significantly to MR methods development for translational applications.
