Prof. Dr. Matthias Schüppen is a law professor at the University of Hohenheim, teaching the interdisciplinary course Mergers & Acquisitions with a legal focus. He studied law in Freiburg and economics in Bochum/Hagen, and has extensive practical experience in corporate law.
His research interests center on:
- Corporate law and capital market transactions
- Company acquisitions (venture capital/private equity)
- Family shareholder relationship dynamics
- Corporate tax and accounting law intersections
