Robert J Borghese serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, teaching courses on legal aspects of entrepreneurship and mergers and acquisitions across MBA, Executive MBA, and Engineering Management programs. His expertise focuses on strategic legal frameworks for managing risk and maximizing shareholder value in business contexts.
