Matthew Wirig

Matthew Wirig is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Notre Dame Law School and partner at Chapman and Cutler, LLP in Chicago. He specializes in corporate and securities law with emphasis on investment management, representing over 2,500 investment companies including ETFs, hedge funds, and private equity funds. He holds roles in the Chicago Bar Association's Investment Management Subcommittee and Practice Management & Technology Committee, and contributes to NICSA's UIT Committee.
