Matthew Weber is an Associate Professor of Fine Arts and Graphic Arts and Art Curator at Middlesex Community College (MxCC). He oversees campus art exhibitions, guiding themes, submissions, and display selections. His artistic focus explores the interplay between natural environmental forms and human-constructed structures, emphasizing material transformation and cyclical decay.
Education: MFA in Sculpture from the University of Connecticut (UConn), BFA in Sculpture from the Hartford Art School. Prior teaching roles include positions at UConn, Naugatuck Valley Community College, Springfield College, Tunxis Community College, and the Springfield Museum of Fine Arts.
