Matthew Vale is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Theology at Boston College. His research bridges Buddhist-Christian comparative theology, Indian and Tibetan Buddhist traditions, and historical Hindu-Buddhist exchanges. He holds a B.A. from Rice University and M.T.S./Ph.D. degrees from the University of Notre Dame.
