Dr Matthew Ryan Priestley is a researcher at the School of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications, University of New South Wales (UNSW). He serves as Lead Technology Translator in the Energy Systems Research Group, focusing on motor drives, power systems, and renewable energy integration. His work spans drone propulsion systems, grid synchronization algorithms, and fault-tolerant motor control.
