Matthew Lyon

Matthew Lyon is Vice President and Dean of the Duncan School of Law at Lincoln Memorial University. He holds academic roles as Professor of Law and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, specializing in business law and civil litigation. His research examines state-federal legal disparities and policy goals in procedural and corporate law.
