Dr Matthew Lickiss is an Associate Professor in Graphic and Communication Design at the School of Design, University of Leeds. As Pro-Dean for Student Education in the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Cultures, he oversees quality assurance and enhancement of learning and teaching provision. His expertise spans information design, typography, and user experience (UX) design, with a focus on disaster/health communication, data visualization, and design for decision-making in risk contexts.
