Matthew Krolikowski, DO, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at East Tennessee State University's Quillen College of Medicine. He specializes in infectious diseases and infection control, serving as Chair of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee at Ballad Health. Dr. Krolikowski earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Norton Community Hospital and his Infectious Diseases fellowship at Quillen College of Medicine.
His research and clinical interests focus on infectious diseases management, antimicrobial stewardship strategies, and hospital infection control protocols. He is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and holds the distinction of Fellow in the American College of Osteopathic Internists (FACOI).
