Matthew Jones

Dr. Matthew Jones is a Lecturer in Political Science at the University of Greenwich's School of Humanities and Social Sciences. He joined in 2013 as a Visiting Lecturer and became Lecturer in 2015. His doctoral research explored Enlightenment liberalism's engagement with pluralism in democratic polities.

Education includes a Ph.D. from Canterbury Christ Church University (2012) funded by a three-year studentship, and a First Class Honours BA from University of Tasmania. Teaches politics and international relations with prior appointments at University of Westminster, Birkbeck College, and Canterbury Christ Church University.
