Matthew C Saleh is a Research Associate in Labor & Employment Law at Cornell University's ILR School and Director of the Criminal Justice and Employment Initiative (CJEI). His work focuses on removing employment barriers for justice-involved individuals, particularly those with disabilities. He teaches disability studies and mass incarceration courses, and leads research on interagency collaboration to improve vocational outcomes for marginalized youth.
