He has held roles at the NCAA national office, NCAA Eligibility Center, Ohio Valley Conference (OVC), and University of Louisville Athletics Department. His expertise includes NCAA compliance, NIL program management, legal advising for athletics, and legislative advocacy. He currently serves as a full-time consultant for colleges, high schools, and sports organizations, focusing on recruiting, NIL, eligibility, and career guidance. He is also Senior Advisor to the Church, Church Hittle & Antrim Law Firm's Sports Law Group.
