Matthew Baker is an Assistant Teaching Professor and Director of Experiential Learning in Political Science at Emory University. His research examines judicial decision-making, criminal justice disparities, and diversity in judicial selection, informed by prior experience as a public defender. Education includes a Ph.D. from University of Georgia (2023) and J.D. from University of Florida (2013).
