Dr Matthew Armstrong is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sport and Exercise Sciences at Durham University, specializing in chronic respiratory disease rehabilitation and digital health interventions. He is a Fellow of the Wolfson Research Institute for Health and Wellbeing and focuses on improving quality of life for COPD patients through behavioral modification and self-management strategies.
