Matteo Viale is a Full Professor at the University of Bologna, affiliated with the Department of Classical Philology and Italian Studies. His academic discipline focuses on LIFI-01/A Italian Linguistics. He currently serves as co-director of the journal "Italiano a scuola: rivista di didattica della lingua italiana", promoting dialogue on Italian language teaching across educational levels.
