Matt Wolesky is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Kansas School of Law. Since 2003, he has served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of Missouri (WDMO), currently leading the eLitigation Unit. He has held roles in Fraud and Corruption, Cybercrimes, Narcotics, and Strike Force Units. Wolesky has been the WDMO Computer Hacking and Intellectual Property (CHIP) Coordinator since 2008 and the National Security Cyber Specialist (NSCS) since 2012.

His expertise focuses on cybercrimes, fraud, national security, and intellectual property. Prior to federal service, he worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Platte County, Missouri.
