Matt Sjoberg is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Leadership and Organisational Behaviour at Durham University Business School, affiliated with the Centre for Leadership and Followership. He holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Statistics and Psychology, dual Master's degrees in Management and Psychology from Lund University, and a PhD from Lancaster University. His international academic experience includes studies at University College Dublin, Queen's University (Canada), and the University of KwaZulu-Natal (South Africa).
His research focuses on leadership dynamics, particularly leader identity and impostorism, interpersonal sensemaking, and security-related behavioral analysis.
