Matt Hutt is a researcher at the Faculty of Life Sciences and Education, University of South Wales. His work focuses on educational leadership, reform, trust, autonomy, and systemic learning, with a strong narrative and policy analysis lens. He has contributed to collaborative research projects across Wales, the Czech Republic, Poland, and Georgia (USA).
