Matt Abrahams is a lecturer in Organizational Behavior at Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB). He holds academic appointments including Lecturer at Stanford GSB (2011–present) and Communication Instructor at Stanford Continuing Studies (2006–present). His professional experience includes roles as a keynote speaker, communication consultant, and founder of TFTS Communication LLC (2022–present). He has authored best-selling books such as Think Faster, Talk Smarter and Speaking Up Without Freaking Out, and hosts the award-winning podcast Think Fast, Talk Smart.
Abrahams specializes in strategic communication, virtual presenting, and overcoming public speaking anxiety. His research focuses on impromptu communication, leadership communication, and audience engagement. He has advised organizations including the United Nations and coached presenters for IPO roadshows, TED Talks, and World Economic Forum events.
He received prestigious awards like the Robert K. Jaedicke Faculty Award (2018) and Circle of Excellence Award (2021).
