He is a Hans Fischer Senior Fellow at TUM-IAS since 2022, hosted by Prof. Claudia Peus, focusing on organizational learning in corporate training. His research interests span critical theory, leadership, qualitative methodology, and organizational culture, with a focus on concepts like functional stupidity and reflexive practices.
