Mateusz Woiński serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Criminal Law at Kozminski University's College of Law, where he has been affiliated since 2008. He simultaneously directs the Inter-Departmental Unit Student Legal Clinic, providing practical legal education to students while serving community needs since 2013.
His research centers on substantive and procedural criminal law, with specialized expertise in professional disciplinary systems and hate crime jurisprudence. Professor Woiński actively bridges academic theory and legal practice, notably through his 2019 contribution to Poland's Criminal Code amendment on hate crimes as a Social Codification Commission expert.
