Massimo Ramaioli

Dr. Massimo Ramaioli is an academic and researcher focusing on Political Islam, social movements, and security studies in the Middle East and West Africa. Currently, he serves as an Associate at the GIGA Institute for Middle East Studies since August 2021. His career includes roles as Assistant Professor at Habib University, Karachi (2017–2021), and Assistant Dean at the School of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences there (2020–2021). He previously taught at the Center for International Exchange and Education in Amman (2014–2017).
