Massimo Montanari is a Full Professor at the Department of Law, Political and International Studies, University of Parma, specializing in Civil Procedural Law. His academic career spans multiple institutions, including the University of Urbino, Trento, and Bergamo, with roles ranging from Contract Professor to Full Professor.
Education:
