Masanori Adachi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Shizuoka University's Faculty of Science. He is actively involved in organizing and participating in international workshops and conferences focused on complex analysis, geometry, and related fields. His professional activities span organizing events such as the Young Mathematicians Workshop on Several Complex Variables series and the Shizuoka Meetings on Geometry, Complex Analysis, and Mathematical Physics.
Research interests center on complex geometry, differential geometry, and several complex variables. He explores topics like pseudoconvexity, CR geometry, and pluripotential theory, often collaborating internationally. His work bridges geometric and analytic approaches in complex analysis.
Adachi has organized numerous workshops and seminars since 2015, including events in Beijing, Osaka, and Kyoto. These initiatives aim to foster collaboration among young researchers in East Asia. He also serves as an organizer for specialized conferences like the Workshop on pseudoconvexity of general order (2024) and SCV, CR geometry and Dynamics (2024).
Adachi's contributions extend to academic coordination, with a focus on promoting early-career researchers through structured workshops and international symposia. His role in these events underscores his dedication to advancing complex analysis and geometry through collaborative research.
