Masae Yasuda

Masae Yasuda is a Teaching Professor of Japanese at the University of Michigan, affiliated with the Center for Japanese Studies and the Department of Asian Languages and Cultures. She holds an MA in TESOL from Eastern Michigan University (2002) and a BA in English Literature from Doshisha Women's College (1982). Her research focuses on Japanese Language Pedagogy and Semantics.

She received the Excellence in Teaching Award from Oakland University in 2009 for her outstanding contributions to education.
