María Julia Rossi

María Julia Rossi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, CUNY. Her work bridges Latin American fiction, gender studies, and translation theories, with a focus on marginalized voices in literature. She is affiliated with the Honors Program and Gender Studies Program at John Jay.

Recent publications include monographs on Narrating Mothers (2024) and Silvina Ocampo Marginal (2024), alongside co-edited volumes analyzing servants in Latin American art and literature.
