Marzieh Memar

Marzieh Memar, Ph.D., P.E., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the Klesse College of Engineering and Integrated Design, University of Texas at San Antonio. Her research focuses on developing smart biomaterials and neural engineering applications. She has earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine and completed post-doctoral training in Bioengineering at the University of Pennsylvania and Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology & Emory University.
