Marya G. Zlatnik

Marya G. Zlatnik, MD, MMS is a Professor in the Department of Maternal-Fetal Medicine & Reproductive Genetics at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF). She serves as the Associate Fellowship Director and is actively involved in medical education through case-based and lecture-based teaching for medical students and residents.

Her research and clinical interests include:

• OB educational research
• HIV in pregnancy
• Obstetrical ultrasound
• Amniotic fluid and placental abnormalities

Dr. Zlatnik has received multiple teaching awards, including the UCSF Outstanding Resident Teaching Award (2006-2007) and the ACOG/CREOG National Faculty Award (2007). She contributes to high-risk obstetric care at UCSF's Parnassus and San Francisco General Hospital (SFGH) clinics.
