Mary Robare is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Dance at the Shenandoah University Conservatory in Winchester, Virginia, employed since 1990.
Her educational background includes:

Robare actively mentors performers through all career stages. Recent directorial work includes “The Addams Family” (2023) and “Legally Blonde” (2024) for the Metropolitan School of Arts. At Shenandoah, she directed “A Chorus Line” and numerous productions including “Into the Woods,” “Urinetown,” and “Pippin.”
She serves as Performing Dance Ensemble Director for Shenandoah Conservatory Arts Academy (SCAA), choreographs for John Handley High School’s show choir, and leads master classes in Ballet, Lyrical Jazz, and Musical Theater Dance.
