Mary Pat Moyer

Mary Pat Moyer is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas Health Science at San Antonio and serves as Founder, CEO, and Chief Science Officer of INCELL Corporation LLC. She leads clinical therapies, product development, and research at INCELL, focusing on regenerative medicine and infectious diseases. With over five decades of experience, her expertise spans human cell therapies, biomanufacturing, FDA-regulated facilities, and product commercialization.

Her research interests include regenerative medicine, microbiology, virology, cancer mechanisms, and the development of FDA-approved medical products. Moyer has authored over 220 peer-reviewed articles, 15 books/chapters, and holds three patents. She collaborates with faculty and students in the College of Medicine to advance therapeutic innovations.

Award highlights include Entrepreneur of the Year and the Athena International Award for Leadership. She pioneered INCELL-sponsored Investigational New Drug applications for ALS treatments, achieving the first successful cell therapy to improve disease symptoms.

Moyer’s contributions extend to FDA Master Files and regulatory compliance, ensuring safe manufacturing of drugs and medical devices. She actively engages in mentoring through her academic and corporate roles.
