Mary Marino is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Theatre and Dance at the University of New Hampshire. She holds a B.A. in Theatre with a dance emphasis and a business minor from UNH (1999). With over 20 years of experience, her focus lies in dance education through teaching, choreography, and adjudication at regional/national levels. She has taught at Plymouth State College, Dean College, and various dance organizations. Notable projects include the 2017 Panda Project in Chengdu, China, and choreography for Prescott Park Arts Festival productions like Mary Poppins and The Little Mermaid (2018–2019).
Research interests include choreography, jazz dance, musical theatre dance, and tap. Recent artistic activities include adjudicating for Dancexplosion National Talent Tour (2019), Connecticut Dance Invitational (2019), and Step Up to Dance National Competition (2019). She co-choreographed UNH's 2019 Dance Concert Fairies and led choreography for musicals like If/Then (2018), Seussical the Musical (2018), and The Wizard of Oz (2018).
Teaching responsibilities include courses Theatre Dance I–III and independent studies. Her career spans diverse collaborations, including international projects with the Confucius Institute and持续不间断的 festival engagements.
