Mary L. Kelso

Mary L. Kelso, PhD, serves as a Senior Adjunct Faculty Member at California Lutheran University. She is a Licensed Psychologist, AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and maintains a private practice in Thousand Oaks while directing Psychosynthesis International's global distance learning program for mental health professionals.

Her educational background includes:

• MA in Psychology from The University of Colorado
• PhD in Clinical Psychology from International College

Dr. Kelso specializes in clinical psychology with emphasis on marriage and family therapy, child psychology, and foster care systems. Her community-focused work includes developing foster parent training curricula and leadership roles in mental health service delivery through the Well Being Centres in Palmdale and Thousand Oaks.

As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, she provides clinical oversight to therapists. Her public service includes membership on the Los Angeles Children's Planning Council where she developed specialized foster care training programs.

She currently leads Psychosynthesis International's global training initiatives and previously directed the Well Being Centres, demonstrating sustained commitment to community mental health infrastructure development.
