Mary Harokopus serves as an Associate Clinical Professor of Law at Michigan State University's College of Law, teaching legal writing, advocacy, Civil Procedure, Discovery Drafting, and Summary Judgment Practice since 2021. Her expertise spans complex employment litigation, civil procedure, and appellate strategy, demonstrated by her involvement in a U.S. Supreme Court arbitration victory and the first tried Proposition 65 lawsuit in California. She maintains active engagement with state/federal courts, arbitral forums, and administrative tribunals across the United States.
