Mary Fetter

Mary Fetter is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Nursing at St. Joseph’s University. With over a decade of teaching experience, she specializes in upper-level undergraduate nursing education (ASN & BSN programs) and clinical simulation facilitation. Her career combines clinical expertise in cardiac nursing and cardiothoracic surgery with academic leadership, including participation in the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) National Simulation Study (2011-2013). She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2021 and focuses on transition-to-practice support for newly graduated critical care nurses.
