Mary De Vera is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of British Columbia and a Senior Scientist at Arthritis Research Canada. Her research focuses on medication adherence, patient outcomes in arthritis, reproductive health in cancer survivors, and eHealth technologies to improve care delivery.

Her 15 most recent publications span topics including oral anticoagulant adherence, reproductive outcomes in autoimmune diseases, and COPD medication management, with methodological strengths in causal inference, latent class analysis, and patient engagement frameworks.
