Mary Ann Rogers

Mary Ann Rogers is a Clinical Associate Professor and Assistant Dean for Diversity and Inclusion in the School of Management at the University at Buffalo. She holds academic appointments in the Organization and Human Resources department and has served as Vice Dean at the UB Law School. Rogers teaches communication, organizational behavior, and human resources management across undergraduate and MBA programs.

Education:

• PhD in Management (Major: Organization and Human Resources)

Research & Teaching Focus: Specializes in communication literacy, organizational climate, leadership training, and team-building strategies. Her work integrates practical corporate training experience with academic rigor.

Administrative Roles: Oversees the School's undergraduate communication literacy program, serves on the UB Writing Council and Internal Communication Committee, and advises MBA clubs. Also coordinates organizational behavior courses and mentors first-year MBA students.

Community Involvement: Board member for Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper, Dreams from the Heart Camp, and the Saturn Club Historic Preservation Foundation.
