Marvin Loba is a scientific assistant at the Institute of Automatic Control Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Physics, Technical University of Braunschweig. He contributes to research and teaching in the domain of electronic and automated vehicle systems.
His research interests include automated driving systems, vehicle systems technology, control engineering, and safety assurance in autonomous vehicles. His work focuses on trajectory quality assessment, runtime environments using OpenX standards, and safety argumentation frameworks for automated road vehicles.
He has supervised multiple student projects on topics such as safety arguments for automated driving, evaluation of OpenX formats, and probabilistic trajectory assessment. These projects reflect a strong applied research focus in intelligent transportation systems.
Marvin Loba is actively involved in teaching courses such as Advanced Seminar Electronic Vehicle Systems, Automated Road Vehicles: From Assistance to Autonomy, and Vehicle Systems Technology.
