Martonia Gaskill

Martonia Gaskill is Associate Professor of Education at the University of Nebraska Kearney, Director of the Learning Design and Technology Masters Program, Digital Pedagogy Specialist for UNK Online, and Academic Diversity Officer. She teaches graduate courses in learning design, technology integration, and educational research.

Research explores open education resources, collaboration in online environments, faculty development for digital education, and AI in learning. Recent work examines synchronous/asyncronous balance, academic integrity in digital learning, and graduate student collaboration patterns.

Awards include Senior Fellow of HEA and institutional teaching awards. She mentors undergraduate researchers in educational technology projects and directs multiple graduate programs.
